“When in this afternoon to buy the kids and myself pretzel nubs. I ask for two large boxes lightly salted. The associate said no problem and it would take twelve minutes. He let the other associate know and he started making them. I paid for them a waited in my car. After the twelve minutes were up I went back in. They had just come out of the oven and each one was being lightly salted by hand. I was very impressed by how they went the extra mile to keep this customer a happy one. Thanks guys and I'll be back only this time I'll call ahead so they are ready when I get there.”

“The service here is quite quick with a variety of ways to order. You can call ahead, order with the Panera app, use one of the iPads to plug in your order, or just order at the front desk. I usually go during the lunch rush and even though the store isn’t very big, I always have somewhere to sit and quietly read on my phone. The only downside is that a simple soup and sandwich is quite expensive for a lunch. I recommend it for a business lunch or to get out of the office for your lunch hour.”

“Auntie Anne's are the best. Every location is great. The Springfield Mall location at 1250 Baltimore Pike, is great, good service. Great selections to choose from I give 5 stars for that. 2 stars the reason is that your not able to see them prep the pretzels any more. 2 stars not that many cashier's at this location. Everything elsewhere is great.”
