“Went to Shake Shack for dinner, ordered burgers and fries to go. The store was clean, the workers were friendly and greeted us right away to place an order. We were not ready to order, so we stepped aside to look at the menu and the worker was readily available once we decided on our food. Once our order was placed, we were informed it would be an 8-10 minute wait. There was some seating available while we waited. Our order was ready in the 8-10 minute window. Our food was still warm when we got home and we enjoyed the meal.”

“We had a great dining experience at First Watch today! Everyone from the greeter, hostess, and server were very friendly. Hard to believe they have only been open 4 days because everything runs so smoothly! I had the avocado toast with 2 eggs, VERY FRESH and delicious 😋. My husband had the waffle with cinnamon sugar, hot syrup and a side order (plentiful) of potatoes. Our meals were very hot and served by Kaylee. She was very pleasant and checked on us several times. Really appreciated her attentiveness. Reasonable prices, rustic surroundings, very nicely decorated. Also wanted to mention how clean it is. They wiped down the tables throughly and the chairs as well. All staff pitched in! Will definitely go there again!!”

“The portions were large and everything was pretty good to very good. Good: The mussels were huge (got the green ones) and the corn and potatoes with were nice. The wings were breaded and it didn't seem to matter what seasoning I got on them as there was very little if any but they were done well, the fries were good too. I'm going to ask for extra seasoning if I get them again. The calamari was crispy and light. The server was attentive and nice. Less good: the gumbo was just alright the onion rings were basically burger king onion rings and the only part of the meal I didn't really care for. Hopefully they swap these out for pretty much any other style of ring. I'll be back. Hopefully it can keep traffic going in a place that seems to always have trouble keeping a crowd.”

“When in this afternoon to buy the kids and myself pretzel nubs. I ask for two large boxes lightly salted. The associate said no problem and it would take twelve minutes. He let the other associate know and he started making them. I paid for them a waited in my car. After the twelve minutes were up I went back in. They had just come out of the oven and each one was being lightly salted by hand. I was very impressed by how they went the extra mile to keep this customer a happy one. Thanks guys and I'll be back only this time I'll call ahead so they are ready when I get there.”

“i am so excited to have noodle eighty eight right here in springfield! my boyfriend and i tried it for the first time tonight. they have tons of vegan options as well as options for meat eaters. i ordered the spicy chili noodles and the crispy fried tofu. the noodles were some of the best i’ve ever had- a perfect amount of spice and not too oily. the tofu was great because the sauce was served on the side so it stayed crispy. my boyfriend also loved his sesame chicken entree. the service was amazing too! they were so friendly and helpful. we will be back asap.”

“The service here is quite quick with a variety of ways to order. You can call ahead, order with the Panera app, use one of the iPads to plug in your order, or just order at the front desk. I usually go during the lunch rush and even though the store isn’t very big, I always have somewhere to sit and quietly read on my phone. The only downside is that a simple soup and sandwich is quite expensive for a lunch. I recommend it for a business lunch or to get out of the office for your lunch hour.”
