“I enjoy going Panera as the food is good the breads are delicious, and so are some of the desert some things that you can buy at the side counter. I enjoy going out to eat and Panera's is one of the places that I enjoy going. I often enjoy the soup and sandwich combos that they have, I have tried their salads and they're good too. “The food is good, the price is great, but it's about the little things that make a dinner experience 5 stars. Especially for a Mexican restaurant that does pretty standard fare. We've been twice now, and really enjoyed their vegetarian options. The veggie enchiladas are awesome. But, like I said, it's the little things that really set it apart. In this case, the waiter noticed my 1 year old daughter having a tough time with the tortilla chips, and he brought her some saltines while we waited for the food. That is awesome. To sum up: good food, great price, excellent service. You just can't beat that for a lunch with the family.”

“My family came through this morning to grab some coffee on our way home. The drive through was packed and there were plenty of people waiting inside, but the staff moved quickly and effectively to fill orders to the best of their ability. However, three very rude customers stood at the front of the line, blocking people from exiting, and complained loudly that they had been waiting for 8 minutes for three cups of coffee. They made quite the scene. Emily, who seemed to be simultaneously working at the register, putting in orders, filling orders, and serving, was the target of their attacks. They repeatedly asked her what was taking so long (bear in mind the house was packed and she never stopped moving and working the entire time we were there), and she politely assured them that she was brewing a fresh pot of coffee for them and she would have their orders ready as quickly as possible. They continued to complain, saying they should’ve gone to Starbucks, they wanted to talk to a manager, and ultimately that they wanted to cancel their order. Emily never stopped working even after they stormed out and insulted her, and she filled every order quickly. My family owns a store and works with rude customers every day, so we knew exactly how she felt. We took a moment to assure her that she had done everything in her power to serve them correctly, and my dad made sure to tell the manager about the great job she had done. She worked hard, she was incredibly polite, and she endured unnecessary insults with grace. Emily, you’re a superstar.”

“So, I ordered a steak, cooked medium. Brought it out, and as I cut into it, I notices it was blue rare. Asked for it to be cooked more. When brought back out, it was rare. I opted to just return the meal and move on with my day, elsewhere. The main reason that I'm giving 5 stars, is because of Bianca, my waitress. I'm on a strict eating regiment, and she was quick to help, and get things set and organized properly. Though my food wasn't up to par, the experience I had with Bianca was amazing, and she made the meatless trip, far worth it. Also, thank you to the management that removed my meal, and encouraged me to try something else. Great crew, and thank you again to Bianca.”

“I guess it was just over-talked up ahead of time. Average fast food with a super long line (which I will admit moved faster than I expected!) and no place to sit. Higher check amount than most fast food, too. The sauce was great, though! And the staff was friendly and pretty efficient. But no place I’d wait in line for ever again - just my opinion. Food wasn’t bad but wasn’t anything near the hype, either.”
