The only reason this one gets a 4 star is they have recently changed their staff and portions, and not for the better. Still worth stopping in for lunch or dinner but not an every week deal for me anymore. Perhaps they will feel the sting and go back to how they did it before.”

“I ordered to go earlier tonight (around 5:45pm) and literally as soon as I pulled up the gentleman came out and took my payment, returned promptly, and was very kind and helpful. I also got complimentary fries in a cup which was cute. I can't remember the name of the server who helped me and I'm mad about it because he was very kind and deserves the world from Red Robin and beyond. Maybe Herbert? Anyway, I highly recommend this service. Food was ready 10-15 mins after ordering and was delicious.”

The facilities were super clean, and they offer both inside seating and drive-thru service. They even had a birthday cake station complete with an assortment of candles. It is just off of I-81, and appears to be a new building. If you are hungry or in need of a Blizzard or dipped cone, make the detour and enjoy.”

I love the glazed donuts when they're cooled down though. I also was not impressed with the coffee or the custard donut. Dunkin Donuts does a much better job with both of those.”
