Brisket, cornbread muffins and collards were very tasty but very disappointed with the mac n cheese, ribs and hobo beans. The main reason i went was because of the mac n cheese pic!!! I HAVE BEEN CRAVING MAC N CHEESE FOR WEEKS. Trying to eat better so this was my treat to self and I did not enjoy it. BELIEVE ME I KNOW HOW TO MAKE MAC N CHEESE & EVERYONE LOVES IT. BUT IT IS VERY RICH AND HIGH IN CALORIES! DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE. So when I make it my family wants a huge Turkey pan full. NOT HAPPENING! Ribs did not seem freshly made because on menu it stated a 48 hour notice was needed for 10lb orders but they only required 30 mins when I walked in and placed an order. So I think they were previously made and reheated. They didn't appear to have sauce on pics from Google search but mine were saturated in sauce. I prefer to add my own sauce. I am currently trying to revive mac and cheese now but turning out very watery and greasy. Some of my family members highly enjoyed it, the other half did not; that's why I gave 3 stars. Food is excellent. Portions looked small, but they were perfect. Owner was very cordial, and professional. Location is easy to find. Highly recommend.

Wow! Texas has got some competition. From the melt in your mouth burnt ends to their smoked pork sandwiches, yumm. If you appreciate high quality smoked meats than this is the place for you. No doubt, best smoked meat on the east side of the Mississippi. Seriously.

Tremendous BBQ spot with easy access off 283 if you're headed towards Lancaster, Harrisburg or the airport. I got the Hot Honey Crunch - pulled pork drizzled with honey and hot sauce and crunchy toppings. The only way to improve this restaurant is a fryer. I bet they'd make some killer smoked wings.
