“This is the first time we have been to this Waffle House. I really like breakfast, but as a brunch after 10am. The waitress was great, checking often to see if there was anything more we needed. “I called in for a large order for my company the other day. The store manager went above and beyond to take care of us! I sent over my order (had it written with employees names on it to make it easier for me) and come to find...the employees at this subway wrote the names on the sandwiches!!!!!! I was sure at least one sandwich would be wrong since it was such a large and complicated order. Everything was perfect! Beyond grateful for this store and their help and dedication! “Have been here before and it was easily a 1 star experience across the board. Convinced to try again with gift cards in hand, I came back. Service was very slow (again) with a very jittery waiter. Our salads and bread were forgotten, we received free dessert to compensate. We were told the manager would come by to speak with us, but we think the waiter didn't want himself to get in trouble, and he handled it on his own, so it seemed? Dessert deductions weren't on the receipt so it looked like something they wanted to slip under the rug. Pack the plate" Dinner easily 5 stars with one of the best steaks I've ever had. Potato skin appetizer sucked, and slightly burnt. The free Brownie dessert was good, and the portion was huge even for the price. Seems like the food here is a slam dunk or complete whiff. This place could be amazing with better staff.”

They changed their recipe for their sausage gravy and turned it into more of a chicken steak gravy, which was highly disappointing considering how delicious their sausage gravy used to be. The server had to change out the beans pan and some of the water fell on our food and as soon as I mentioned what had happen, without finishing my sentence, he immediately tossed the burrito and gave me a whole new one. “Never had a bad experience here but tonight they went above and beyond. I ordered the Mad Dog and somewhere during the prep this was missed. When I got the pizza from the counter I realized what happened and Ray was quick to offer to remake it. At the time it wasn’t a big deal and I thanked him and declined. A few minutes later Ray showed up at the table with a piping hot Mad Dog for me to take home. Ray didn’t have to “make it right” but he chose to which isn’t always the case today. Thanks again Ray!”

“Fast, hot coffee. Lots of parking options. Simple gas pumps. Friendly staff. I've been to a lot of Wawa's, this one is likely to be favorite. Majority of the time, it has the "caramel steamer" in the cappuccino. I like to mix it with a little cream and black coffee. It is amazing. A lot of other wawa's have stopped putting it in the machine, and I have no idea why. I specifically drive further just to get this drink. Beyond the drinks, it's typically pretty clean and the fresh food always tastes fresh.”
