Domino's Pizza

Used mobile app to order cheeseless, GF pizza with steak, spinach and peppers. Not too slow or pricy. Have to come back here again!

I had a less then ideal experience at this location and Gabrielle one of the mangers went above and beyond to fix my issue and make it right. She is a good example of how customer service should be. I will surely order from this dominos again. Upset customer made happy. Thank you Gabrielle

Ordered some food and a couple things got missed. Ted was working and made things right immediately, very happy would return. Give Fred a raise. Great place to get food late night.

I got two mediums for 10.99 one toppings they let me get one cheese and one double pepperoni. Excellent. Grandson loves pepperoni.

I placed an online order, pizza and speciality chicken, just yesterday, and it wasn’t until after the delivery driver had left that I realised that one of the toppings on my pizza was mistakenly added onto it in place of what I had requested. I left a comment regarding this on the website. No more than three hours later, I received a call, from the GM I believe, wish I could remember his name, (sorry guy!), who had said he just got into the store and had read my comment. Well he promised to correct the mistake and offered to replace my ENTIRE ORDER! I said, well that’s not necessary, it was only the pizza that got messed up, and he replied, something along the lines of, “No, if it were an order I had placed, I would want the same done in return.” So I obliged his offer and he had it sent out right away, corrected and free of charge! Can’t thank this man enough. Again, I wish I could remember his name! :/ Little things like this go a long long way, as far as I’m concerned. I hope that whoever may be above him will read this, find out who exactly he is, and commend him and his team on their superior handling of customer service. They had to go out of their way to correct a simple mistake, and I am truly grateful to have been received and taken care of with the utmost respect and professionalism.
