    Food was good. Service was slow. Difficult to access->heavy cross traffic

    Always great food at any Arby's location, this specific location typically follows that pattern. The cleanliness of this particular branch is hit or miss, today it was pretty standard. Customer service here is also a hit and miss it seems, your order (in terms of being correct etc) often (in my opinion) goes hand in hand with customer service experience of that certain day. This experience, thankfully was an extremely pleasant one with quick, friendly, helpful service & the food was very fresh and definitely delicious. I would recommend eating here earlier in the day vs. evening, that's just been my personal experience!

    Friendly staff. Service was quick. Restroom was clean. Iced tea was good. Standard Arby's fare. Dining area decor is a bit more bland than some other Arby's I've been in but it was clean! Provided a nice quick bite off of I-81.

    Friendly service and great food! Tried the LOADED CURLY FRIES. Amazing!

    I do like a change from the normal burger places .It is very busy at lunch time it is right outside a big industrial park.
