“You Need To Know? This was impressive bbq. A great find & a must try for everyone in the Pittston area. We ordered the brisket French dip special which has horseradish spread on it with onions, peppers, provolone cheese & a side of au jus for dipping. We also had the brisket platter which is served with tater tots & pickles. The brisket is perfectly smoked & so tender. Also had a ham BBQ sandwich which comes on a fresh Keyser roll & relish spread. The red garlic chicken wings had some heat to them & the wings were cooked perfectly & were very meaty. Can't say enough how good The Fire Pit food is, props to the kitchen staff. Service was very friendly. The only negative criticism was the one TV had FOX news on it. 😆 Strongly recommend! Now You Know! -TBH”

My boyfriend was a little upset that the restaurant forgot to pack up his soup since we heard so many great things about the soup of the day but at least we grabbed some of the desserts from the case before we left! “The food was good. The kids liked it, they easily accommodated us (we have 4 kids) and checked in on us regularly. We even won a stuffed animal in the cray machine. So that was pretty awesome. They were kind and courteous and the place seemed fairly clean. I also liked that the kids food wasn't scalding hot when they gave it to them as that's a frequent happening when going to restaurants. It was nice that they cared about that for the kids.”

“Always great food at any Arby's location, this specific location typically follows that pattern. The cleanliness of this particular branch is hit or miss, today it was pretty standard. Customer service here is also a hit and miss it seems, your order (in terms of being correct etc) often (in my opinion) goes hand in hand with customer service experience of that certain day. This experience, thankfully was an extremely pleasant one with quick, friendly, helpful service & the food was very fresh and definitely delicious. I would recommend eating here earlier in the day vs. evening, that's just been my personal experience!”
