Cork Bar & Restaurant

We have been going to Cork for several years now. Typically, we like to go for a kid-free date night & a delicious meal, which was our reason for a reservation the other night. We don't get out often, so we enjoy a nice meal every once in a while when we do. We love the food and have never had a problem in the past, but were very disappointed in our service the other night.

While the hostess and cook were very kind, our service was less than satisfactory. Earlier, I detailed our long waits, our server's quick demeanor, and lack of care for our table in comparison to the other ones. After writing my previous review, the owner reached out and rectified the situation. She was tremendously kind and professional. She showed us that she clearly runs a very good business, and made us look forward to coming back again soon for a great meal. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice night out!

Amazing food and service!!! We sat on the patio and had the best time! Our server was full of information and very pleasant. She did a great job, can’t wait to return!!!

This was an intimate setting for a nice night out with friends. The choices on. Friday during Lent were plentiful , even for those of us following keto eating! The service was good and the meals were steaming hot! The only issue was that it was very warm upstairs when we were seated. We were the last table, and waited 30 minutes past our reservation to get a seat, and it was very crowded upstairs at first and stifling. After the other tables cleared, it was fine. We will definitely be back!

Very good first impression, will go back again. Food is delicious. I had the Alaskan salmon, it was wonderful. He had crab cakes... delish! Martinis were very tasty. Employees professional and friendly. Very clean bathrooms. Hard to find first time you visit. Just trust Google's directions and you're fine. In a little neighborhood.

UPDATE: went back a few weeks later and our second visit even better than the first. We sat at a table upstairs this time (last time we sat at bar) and it's very cozy up there! I LOVED when one of your staff came over to light the candle on our table... It seems like no one ever does that anymore and I think it's a really nice touch. I got the Alaskan salmon again and it was more amazing than the first time. Saw the server we had first time and she remembered us, which was really nice and made the whole experience feel more personal. Bathrooms were very clean. Will def visit again.
