Mountainhome Diner

Perfect diner food! We had pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon and homesfries. It was all very delicious. The staff were all very kind. I look forward to returning.

This place was so good! If I didn't live so far away, I'd go there all the time. Our waitress was this sweet older woman, who answered all my dumb questions! Mark and I could not stop eating the food, even when we were full and it hurt. It was too good!

My sisters and I came to PA from NY to visit our dad, and we went to this diner cause we starving after making the two and half hr drive and we stopped at this diner and the food was great. Everything that we ordered was devoured. And me, my dad and my sisters tasted each other’s plates and everyone we couldn’t get enough. The waiter & waitress were so very nice & patient and the atmosphere was very calming and mellow. I’m definitely going back there the next time I go visit my dad.

A small cozy diner with friendly staff and prompt service. Food quality is good but not the best. Pancakes that we ordered were a bit dry but tasty. French toast was delicious with good amount of toppings. I liked the way they put berries on my toast since they didn't have strawberries. Overall a must visit place for breakfast if around.

We had a large group, 13 people with kids in the mix, and they were very accommodating. Service was excellent, friendly and patient. They were on top of everything, food allergies, coffee and water, making sure we always had enough. Food is what you expect from a diner, a good diner. Would definitely come back again when I'm in the area.
