“Since this is a new location, I’ll give benefit of the doubt. Employees provided good customer service and many hustled to accommodate the work load. But that work load seemed overwhelming for most. No structure as to how hot orders are placed and received by customers, as my Chipotle Chicken Chessesteak was made after tickets created behind me, and it was ultimately not what I ordered. When my order was corrected, my second sandwich was no different - either I got steak and not chicken, or the grill and employee got so much beef fluids into the chicken, that it might as well have been steak. Disappointing, as I’ve visited dozens of other locations and have enjoyed this sandwich; in doing so, it also creates an expectation as to what the customer should receive. There were also 2 other customers experiencing problems with theirs orders during 40 minutes I was there.”

“Was in there today and might I say it was busy! Having experience in the food service industry I have no problem waiting for good food. So that’s what I did waited and the food was amazing! You can tell the boss took pride in what left that door. So much so that she remade my crochets for me because the first order didn’t look right. I love it and will be going back!”

“update: pizza hut is the best pizza imo but it needs consistency. every time i order there is a mistake. sometimes not enough sauce and too much cheese even when you clarify extra sauce, other times they forget to put on the hut favorite crust on at all. just be consistent and it'll be good”
