“I will give it a five the host was great. The waitress needs a bit more training. Place is outdated, i felt like i went into a banquet hall. We had 2 lobster rolls, definitely need more lobster, not what I have had in NY, but it definitely was fresh and my bread was good as well,maybe cut back on the butter and salt a bit, def felt the cajun it was great. We also had sliders- good for kids and lobster fried rice. Rice was a bit mushy for my taste but the flavors were well complemented. I would definitely be back, it will definitely get better.”

“Been here a few times before but our most recent visit has left me wanting to review it. It wasn't busy at all when we went. We were seated right away and our waitress came over to say hi and get our drink order very quickly. My son (he has ASD) wanted the blue lagoon (he loves the fish in it) but she informed us they were out of the fish, he had a bit of a meltdown. He pointed to a watermelon drink and said he wanted that (it was alcoholic) and as I was explaining he couldn't have it she said that she could make him one kid friendly. He fought a little but agreed. Then we ordered food, he wanted pineapple as his side and they didn't have it, well cue meltdown again. It took a little bit to get him to calm down and despite the other patrons giving us looks our waitress waited very patiently for him to settle down and pick a different side. Not once did she seem bothered or annoyed by his behaviors and she was extremely polite and kind the whole time. The food was really good, as it usually is. We have been there before and received horrible service but this time more then made up for it. I only wish I remembered her name so I could really give her the credit she deserves.”

Building a new work family with a work ethic that emulates culinary creativity & excellent service is a feat all it's own and these are qualities that the Farmhouse Eatery most definitely embodies. As the weeks have gone by, their level of excellence has become more and more evident. Their mission to create a warm and beautiful environment shows in every detail at this establishment. The food is excellent, cooked with purity in mind. Not only are the food and drinks delicious but they are also fun, presented beautifully and with vibrant colors. The Farmhouse has become one of my favorite restaurants/ café/ bakery in the Poconos.”
