Sorrentino Pasta + Provisions

My favorite spot in Ambler. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The fresh pasta is consistently delicious. The decor feels very clean and unpretentious. I'll happily go eat here again and again. My only real critique is the daily pasta options could do with one more vegetarian offering.

Love it here. We go once a week to be spoiled. It’s very hard to find good Italian food but they definitely serve it here. They actually use salt (thank you!) and don’t ruin dishes with too much garlic (like most places that claim to be Italian) - there is nothing bland or disappointing here. Owners and staff are so nice and friendly, BYOB, too! I wish they were closer to my house :)

I have been shopping here a while for fresh pasta and hard to find cooking ingredients. The pasta is the best fresh pasta I have had - and they always have guanciale. We finally came for dinner to try the daily pasta dishes and they were EXCELLENT!! Great ingredients, super combinations, expertly prepared. This is the real deal. I highly recommend. There are different pasta selections everyday made with seasonal and local ingredients. These guys are pasta artisans!

Had a wonderful date with my wife here. The taste of the pasta brought us right back to Rome. Delicious on every level. The staff was incredibly kind, genuine, and passionate about the experience they are giving. We will be back!!

Got take out once and just ate in person the other day. Both times everything was fantastic. Much more interesting pasta than standard red sauce items (not that there's anything wrong with those.) Will definitely be going back to try more.
