“Blown away - I kept saying Ambler needed a Bahn Mi joint so when I saw the sign go up I was pumped. Let me just say: ALL my expectations were exceeded. Service was great - the owner was so cool and kind. He seemed genuinely keen to get to know us and happy to have us in his restaurant. The atmosphere is hip and chill. To drink I got the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and my girlfriend got the house-mixed lime soda. The iced coffee was sweet and dark and just a delight, and the lime soda was tart, crisp, and refreshing. But the sandwiches… oh my lord the sandwiches. They brought it all home. The first bite you take is through crusty, pillowy baguette. Think of the best hoagie roll you can imagine. I had the pork meatball which had a great blend of spices that really gave the sandwich complexity. I love Bahn Mi!!!! And this is the best I have had by far. I could go on, but to be honest you should just experience it yourself. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Love this new poke bowl spot in Ambler! Everything is always super fresh, the staff are very kind, and the place is always very clean. It's honestly some of the best poke bowls I've ever had, it's so delicious! There is a great selection of add ins for the poke bowls, but just be aware that some of the toppings cost extra (but totally worth it). They also give you a pretty big portion size of everything. I like to eat there because there is some nice seating, but you can also order ahead and pickup, or get your bowl to go. Highly recommend checking this place out!”

This spot is a great addition to Ambler, a hidden gem that is slightly off the main area of shops and restaurants. We look forward to our Friday takeouts from Chaat Wala when we can get over there!”

“Good American Chinese food place. While the owner and chef are not chinese, they surely work in American chinese restaurant for years. Their Kungpao chicken, shanghai beef and 2 times cooked pork is flavourful. Price is reasonable. I hope they add some chinese - mexican fusion on their menu.”

The prices for the entrees are definitely on the higher end but overall a great experience and I will certainly come back. If I could make one suggestion it would be that I was hoping ceviche would be on the menu and it was not but perhaps it will be added later! However, the other dishes were authentic and tasted amazing”

“Stopped in late Thursday night. Light crowd. Sat at the bar. Great food menu as well as great beer menu. Local wine is served as well az mixed drinks. Something for every one on the food menu that, according to the bartender, periodically changes. Space is limited as the brewery gets packed on weekends, this according to the bartender and owner, who introduced himself to me. The brewery is for families as well as groups of friends as its a great addition to the restaurant scene in Ambler. I recommend stopping in tannery run for great, crafted beers.”
