“My company orders frequently from here for our lunch meetings. Always enjoyed the sandwiches and selections. Decided to order sandwiches for wife's birthday for dinner. She picked Roasted Turkey w/Avocados because she loves avocados. Picked order up on the way home. After a bite, she noticed there was not a slice of avocado in the sandwich, clearly an error. Since we were too far from Panera, I stopped by on the way home the next day and explained to the manager about the oversight. He handled the situation politely and professionally without asking for a lengthy explanation and compensated me fairly without question. And that's how you achieve customer retention and loyalty!
