Mallard Restaurant at the Mainland Inn

Eric was a fantastic waiter! He was very attentive, made sure to recommend items we may like and very quick to correct any mistakes. He was extremely friendly and provided great service. His personality was a highlight of the evening. The hostess was also very friendly and we were greeted by the owner when we walked in. I was recommended to go here by my realtor as her friend recently opened the restaurant and she made sure to treat us to dessert on the house.
The drinks were delicious, every single one we tried. The food was also amazing! The restaurant has gorgeous decor and a great ambiance. We 100% will be returning. We can’t wait to try brunch and also the patio in the summer.
I don’t understand the 1 star reviews of this restaurant as it is nothing as we experienced. I realize it’s a newly restored restaurant but I think that even if something small happened that you may not like, restaurants deserve grace especially if it’s fairly new. I think everyone should try it at least once!

Beautiful setting for a grand meal. Very knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere. The favorite drink was the pistachio martini, but the broken bill was also a top for some of us. After a drink before dinner, we headed upstairs for our reservation. We had the croquetas and pulpo… fantastic authentic Spanish flavors. I then had the duck- Great flavor, along with the scallops. Desserts were also great- Chef Manuel’s Napoleon was delicious! Excited to go back, our area is lucky to have a place like this!

We really enjoyed our time here at Mallard. We tried a variety of food and beverages. You cannot go wrong with their drinks; everything was excellent! The Duck entree was terrific!!! All of their desserts were delicious. I highly recommend checking them out
