Sullivan's Steakhouse

For an upscale steak restaurant, myself and our party of 6 were disappointed. The restaurant was empty at lunch but it still took 20min to seat us with an excuse of “the table needs to be set” - when we entered the dining area, all tables appeared to have been previously set. The waitstaff, however, was accommodating and prompt. I ordered the steak off of the business lunch menu and was not informed of the thinness of the cut... ordered medium, and my steak came out well-done. If I had been informed of the size, I may have adjusted my temperature request but regardless, it should come out cooked to order. In addition the extra steak we ordered for another entree arrived late and was also the wrong temperature. Overall, this would have been a great experience to have had at a Long Horn Steakhouse. In all fairness, the improperly cooked steak meal was removed from the tab.

Missed the turn for Morton's Steak House and ended up at Sullivan's; sometimes God helps you make better decisions ????.
Maria & I both had a very delicious cheeseburger (mine without the bun and with broccoli instead of fries). Two frosty beers added to the experience nicely. We sat at the bar that was exceptionally clean and very 'handsome' with lots of beautiful woodwork. Atmosphere was very conducive to conversation with two large TVs to watch if you wanted but not too loud to interfere with your conversation. Lovely night.

This place was wonderful I thought the food was heavily seasoned but worked for me. The atmosphere was intimate but not overly dark. I went at lunch time and it was good drinks were exceptional and original. I will go back for dinner to see if I get the same service and good food.

The atmosphere was electric. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was excellent. I had the new York strip steak which was seasoned to perfection and the banana foster bread pudding was very good. Thumbs up.
