Eddie V's Prime Seafood

I went to Eddie Vs during restaurant week. Which is why I gave 4 stars. I’m sure the staff was overwhelmed because they were completely booked the night I went and we were there for a long time waiting for our food and things. Our server was nice and personable. The only issues I had was that my steak was well done and not medium well like I asked; also, my dates chicken was under cooked. This was my first time here and the establishment was gorgeous! Very fancy! I will try it again on a regular night, hopefully I can give 5 stars then.

My husband and I decided to have dinner at Eddie V’s for his birthday earlier this week. Both the food and service was outstanding! My husband had the New York strip and I had the jumbo shrimp topped with crab along side Alaskan crab legs. The steak was cooked perfectly as were the shrimp and crab legs.

Our waitress Janelle was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every member of the staff we encountered went above and beyond to ensure all of our requests were taken care of.

The restaurant is nicely decorated with modern decor. I rated this restaurant a four due to it being our first and only visit. I’ll update once we visit again. Great job Eddie V’s!

The service here is wonderful! The valet greeted us and opened the door for us which was a great way to start off the night. Everyone from the hostess, to our waiter, to the floor manager wished my boyfriend a happy birthday. The one waitress walked me to the restroom as I had never been there before which went above and beyond for me.

The food is delicious and our waiter Anthony did an excellent job and explaining different options and recommendations. He recommended the one cocktail for me which was very refreshing and super fun with a diamond ice cube. My boyfriend was able to customize a steak based off his preferences and Anthony’s suggestions. My scallops were perfectly cooked and very light and flavorful. The truffle Mac and cheese is a must get! They definitely do not skimp on the truffle and the noodles have a wonderful bite to them. The s’mores desert is wonderful but and you’ll never want to eat a bagged marshmallow ever again after eating their fresh marshmallow.

We were there for over 2 hours but we never felt rushed or that the table needed to be flipped. We were able to take our time and enjoy our meal and each other’s company. You really feel special when you dine here.

I was kind of surprised at the level of service this place provides. After a few questions it was like our waiter, Tanya, knew us for a while. She suggested drinks and desserts that were spot on. I even said I couldn't wait to get home and have some scotch and a cigar and she was willing to provide that for me on the spot. Can't wait to go back. #LOVEDIT

First visit and definitely won't be the last! We were told our wait would be an hour and a half but we ended up getting a table after only waiting 30 minutes. Our waitress Allison was wonderful! She answered all of our questions regarding the menu, gave recommendations and made sure we were beyond satisfied with our drinks and food. The food was delicious and we enjoyed listening to the live band. We will definitely be returning to Eddie V's.
