“Edit: I still love this place but I am very disappointed with the fried chicken breast. It was so dry and almost inedible. Everything else so far at this place has been good but, I highly recommend not getting the fried chicken from this place. I had to change my rating because of it. Original post: I love the food and the staff at this Bahn Street. The staff remembers me and my favourite orders and always has a kind thing to say. The food is great quality. This location offers rice bowls, so I tend to visit it more than the original location.”

“Lee's makes a great sandwich. My favorite is probably the Cheltenham Italian. All the meats and rolls and vegetables been very fresh. Never a problem getting my order. Very good service. They are clean. They have take out beer. You can eat your meal there or take it home. You will probably have some leftovers to take home. Very nice portions. On many days it's less than 5 minutes. However on a few days, it can be well over 15 minutes. They do a lot of business and sometimes the timing is just bad. “Forget about the actual food that was delivered. I want to first give Kudos to Kelly who delivered our food. Everything was delivered in a reasonable time and Kelly's customer service was perfect. She gave a courtesy call when she was around the corner to let me know she would be here in a second. Once she arrived she was friendly and family oriented. My 3 year old son greeted her with me at the door and she gave him a small item to help me carry in the house. She used her personal skills to make a connection with my son. She was overall very friendly. Now for the food...it came hot, we got what we ordered and our bellies are full! Happy Customer! I will let you know that the menu in the mail is what made me want to try Domino’s Pizza again. We ordered specialty boneless chicken for my husband and “Build your pizza “ for both of us. I just love your app. It was SO easy for me to navigate. I’m so happy about the wonderful app and the ability to choose various toppings AND you can add any extra toppings and your app lets you decide one, two etc., which was amazing for me because the other pizza competitor only allowed double. Anyway, the pizza was so good that I was just SO happy. My husband had the specialty boneless chicken and he kept saying that it was exceptional!!! I am so very happy!! Everything was exceptional. She picked Roasted Turkey w/Avocados because she loves avocados. Picked order up on the way home. After a bite, she noticed there was not a slice of avocado in the sandwich, clearly an error. Since we were too far from Panera, I stopped by on the way home the next day and explained to the manager about the oversight. He handled the situation politely and professionally without asking for a lengthy explanation and compensated me fairly without question. And that's how you achieve customer retention and loyalty!
