The reviews live up to the expectations. Service could have been better. The bartender wasn't really friendly. The food was great the chicken was succulent. The sauce was on point. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in the mood for something with tons of flavor.

Great chicken waffles and Nashville Hot chicken! Sweet tea was great too! The ambiance is definitely NOLA! There are lots of other things I'd like to try on the menu for next time! The service was great too and the serving sizes of chicken were very large. It is very expensive at $50 for lunch for 2 with no alcohol, appetizers or sides.

I’ve been wanting to go to the Bayou for quite some time, and finally made it. I wish I would have gone sooner! It really is a taste of NOLA - the fried chicken is absolute perfection, delicious and juicy. And the gumbo has just the right kick! I can’t wait to go back!

A little flavor of NOLA in Bethlehem. Excellent food with a creative, thoughtful touch. The brisket sandwich is on point and the mac and cheese with ham hock is a must. The chicken and waffles with the spicy syrup is downright southern. Never had a bad meal here. Relaxed, casual setting is usually loud. Strongly recommended!

This place is super amazing. Best service I ever had. Love the vibe. The food amazing especially the greens and corn bread with the fried chicken! Drinks are amazing and it’s super clean.
