The People's Kitchen

Had the day off so we looked for a new place for breakfast. A bit small but cozy and friendly. The omelette was really fresh, the potatoes seasoned well and The Full Monty sandwich was superb. Definitely worth checking out. ????????☕

Small little place with a great breakfast. I ordered an omelette and was not disappointed! The service was quick even with a bunch of customers.

The food here is strangely something you can't easily find around bethlehem. Its hot, fresh, delicious, and very affordable. The staff are awesome and the seating is intimate (limited).

My only qualms with The People's Kitchen is that sometimes the waitstaff won't answer the phone for a call-in, even when the place is completely empty. Some of the staff will take my call-in while others will tell me they don't do call-ins.

They also seem to often close their kitchen 20 minutes prior to close which I never experienced while working for years in the food industry; just a heads up!

Tiny location with excellent food. My shrimp and grits crêpe was quite tasty, and I think my wife's bourbon banana french toast was even better. You'd be hard-pressed to find seating for a party greater than two, but for a greasy spoon type restaurant you can't get much better. The only item I felt wasn't up to snuff is their coffee, but it's serviceable and didn't detract from my enjoyment of an absolutely delicious breakfast.

Went with a friend for the first time, this place is really great I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere is amazing. I like the fact that is a small place and it feels like you are home enjoying yourself with friends. If you get a chance to try this place please do it's a neighborhood restaurant and the staff is very friendly. I myself will go again, you have plenty of options on the menu so you can try many dishes. Support your local community by making this place a great experience with your family and friends.
