The Flying Egg

Place was super cute & cozy. Servers were excellent and the food was yummy. Only negative was trying to find a parking spot.

Great breakfast restaurant with an excellent atmosphere where you can dine inside or outside on the sidewalk of Main Street Bethlehem. The service was good and the organic inspired food was very good. We had the eggs and also the banana French toast with freshly squeezed orange juice. The order wait time was 45 minutes - a bit too long for breakfast serving and was the only negative we experienced otherwise would have given five stars.

First time visiting, Food was delicious! Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. The restaurant was clean and wasn't too noisy, it had a comfortable volume of ambiance. The food was cooked and prepared perfectly and it was very reasonably priced. I had an excellent experience and will definitely return.

The food is great. Very creative and delicious. The only issue is the wait and service. I do wish that the service was a little faster. I've been here twice because I like the decor and food, but have waited a rather long time to get my food. You won't regret the choice to go here though.

One of the best omelette. The place is right next to hotel Bethlehem. It is nicely decorated and during our visit nice jazz music was on. It took a bit longer to get our food but it certainly worth the wait. This is a breakfast place so it is open till 2pm. Our server was polite.
