Very good vey authentic Chinese food! Bethlehem is so lucky to have such good asian cuisine. I believe the chef is from ChengDu. He makes his own oils. The flavors are amazing. The spicey dry pot was like a symphony in my mouth. The pork belly was light and refreshing and the rice balls were a decadent treat. I can't wait to go back.

A Monday lunch, quiet. I ordered Chinese eggplant in garlic sauce: absolutely delicious. My sister ordered the crispy chicken and it was loaded with crispy fried chili slices that were flavorful and not too spicy. I am looking forward to coming back here again!

Shrimp hot pot was delicious. A lot of shrimps! Delicious!
Waitresses were very friendly. One of them even helped a customer with her baby.
Highly recommend!

One of my favorite places to get food in the valley, they have amazing delicious food and they have a wonderful vegan/vegetarian menu.

The spicy hot pot, dry pepper diced chicken, jumbo shrimp with dry pepper and the curry chicken are really good. They also provide the vegetable chicken which is a soy product but has the texture of a meat dish. The fried rice and noodles are decent. The place and its decor is nice. Parking can be a little tricky and have to depend on street parking across the street.
