Easton Taco & Rotisserie

Everything was fresh and clean. The taco was on a soft corn shell. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium. Cheese was freshly grated, greens were still crisp. Cuban is on point. Pickles were sliced lengthwise. Roasted pork was flavorful. Just a hint of mustard. The empanadas are cooked crisp, and the meat is neither too dry nor dripping with oil.

Decor is rustic and modern, with paintings lining the walls. The rotisserie in the corner is visually and aromatically appealing.

This place is definitely a win. One of the better Spanish food places in the area.

The tacos are delicious and prepared excellently. I recommend the pork. Flan was delicious and quite a large portion. There is neat art on the walls, and the staff is very attentive. They have kept the menu small and focused on quality over quantity. This is the kind of Mexican street food I grew up loving.

We were told about this place by a friend. Incredible, authentic Mexican cuisine and great atmosphere! Try the enchiladas (steak, chicken, etc they're all great). We will definitely be back soon. Thanks for a great experience Emilio.

All I can say is " I can't get enough of this place". I tried something new a Cuban sandwich. It was really good. I enjoyed it a lot. And here is another pic of the burrito in a bowl ..so filling and so so good

We found this place by accident, and we are so glad we did!

My husband and I had a really wonderful meal here. There are so many options to choose from, everything is homemade and fresh, the staff is wonderful and the owner is so welcoming!

I can't wait to go back.
