Great prices and fantastic food. Staff and owner couldn't be friendlier. One of the best pubs in Philadelphia

Small, narrow watering hole that holds a very eclectic vibe. Great hidden gem if you're looking for a unique drink in a unique location.

Never a dull moment at the American Pub! Love this place but the staff really make it a 5-star rating. Timmy and Val are fantastic and always good for a laugh. Hard to find the bar but they’re under the giant clothespin statue at 1500 Market st. Pop in for a beer on your way to the City Hall subway stations!

If you like beer then you're fine but the cocktail menu is limited. Food is good but the service isn't great especially since the place is tiny.

Had a great time. Great patrons and staff. Jerry, the owner, and Paula, the bartender, were especially warm and very nice. Cheers!
