Great food, driemdly service. I have been coming here for years for the cupcakes, crab cakes, pasta and salads. They also have a fresh seafood and meat counter in the back.
A great spot to find some really delicious and special foods. The staff is all assigned to certain departments, so they have a chance to get some really in depth knowledge of the products. They're very helpful, and can tell you just about anything you want to know. In terms of price, a lot of these items can be found elsewhere in the city for much cheaper, but this is the only place where all of these goodies are in the same spot.
When it comes to an amazingly curated selection of cheese, Di Bruno's was my go to when visiting Philly. The snacks on the other hand is something you may want to load up on before you leave Philly. I had a work event and Di Bruno's was the first place that popped up in my mind, especially the Black Lava Cashews. A lot of folks complained they don't like cashews, but were willing to give it a try and they were hooked. My team was over the moon about it and folks even complained I should've ordered more. The Black Cashews are always a hit!
The service is always phenomenal though. I worked with Noelle and he was very efficient and responsive on getting the items to me on time. Best service and communications! I look forward to working with Noelle again on our next event!
One of the best places to buy unique ingredients and cheese in Philly. A bit more expensive than the rest of the shops but the quality of the food is superior. You can find different jams, pastes and sauce which you won’t find anywhere else. If you are in philly you have to give it a try!
