Place could use some outside updates like mowing the grass and paint job on building, look like it's abandoned but even though it's and easy in and off for I-70, I'd stop here again in my travels as long as the food is good and place is clean on the inside. “Good home-cooked food at great prices. The staff is attentive and fun, with many locals having their favorite servers (I know I do) but they are all great. The daily specials can include such things as cabbage rolls and haluski, and the portions are large. Don't believe me? Order the salad ☺️. The average entree, with sides, costs around $8.50. this place always seems to do a solid business, and is a favorite among locals. I truly believe it is the best restaurant in Charleroi and I highly recommend it.”

“Only rating 3 stars for inconsistency. When it's good, it's really GOOD. But that doesn't happen every time (about every other bit who's counting?). It's kinda like food roulette - just hope you get lucky that day. And just to be clear - when it's not great, I don't mean that equals terrible. It's just that when you've had their food on a good day & love it, you expect that when you come back - that is what you're coming BACK FOR. These inconsistencies are the same across the board for food & wait staff alike. I've had some super awesome people as servers that are kind, patient, & tell you all about the sauces. And I've seen some servers be downright condescending to customers when it's really busy. Over the few years I've been going there, each time scratching my food lottery tickets hoping to find all cherries, I'd say I came out on top about half the time and had a great experience. Not bad odds if you're a betting man or woman. Take a chance, roll the dice, and may the odds be ever in your favor.”
