Bacon, Bourbon & Beer

This was my first trip. Had the bacon wrapped fried cheese, very good, and an excellent chicken salad. My daughter had a hamburger that was very good. Large on tap beer list and a huge Bourbon list.

The food and service was ok. They have a nice variety of bacon goods. We got the flight that had a variety of all the bacon they offered. My suggestion is to cook the bacon longer. It was still pretty soft and chewy. Also the chocolate covered bacon could be better.

Good selection of bourbon. Most of the food was awesome. Except the pork belly was kind of bland for a bacon place. It could use some smoke, seasoned salt, or bacon flavor additions.
The burger was great, steak salad, good, and the jalapeno bacon jammed and cheese stuffed peppers were the best!
Service was timely and friendly as well.

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent drinks! We happened upon this unassuming little strip mall restaurant by chance. It will be a choice destination from here on out! I had the B3 Burger, my husband had the Farmhouse burger, and our son had the Bacon "Wrap" (a bacon wrapped grilled cheese). Everything was just exceptional, including our server.
