I placed a catering order for 20 sandwiches, 1 large Salad, 1 Small Salad, 2 Shareable Broccoli Cheddar Soup and 2 French Onion shareable soups and everything was fresh and delicious. I placed the order online and received a phone call within a couple hours to review and confirm my selections. We had more than enough food for 16 people. I ordered catering for a Mother's Day lunch and everyone raved about it. The staff was friendly and our order was ready on time. The catering order came with utensils for serving and eating, along with 2 very nice reusable bags. The french onion soup came with Parmesan cheese on the side along with croutons. I even received a follow up email :-) We will definitely use this location again for future family catering!!! Thank you!!!!”

“I love this place. For a chain steak house this one does the best job. To start it feels like a nice place to eat. The service is excellent and the food is great. “I have been to Chipotle on many occasions, I have never had a bad experience. The workers are always polite and happy to help. I especially love the variety of options that Chipotle provides. As a vegetarian, I find it difficult to eat at restaurants because they don’t provide meatless options or allow me to customize my order, it’s refreshing to visit a restaurant that has options to fit a variety of personal diets. The restaurant is also very clean and visually pleasing, it is always a pleasure to eat within the restaurant.”

“If I were just reviewing the dining side I'd have to give 2 stars. The bar side staff seems to enjoy their jobs in comparison. While I've never gotten an order wrong or have had to wait a while, they need to quit being stingy on the wing sauce. They should be fully coated all the way around with some to spare ar bottom of basket. Crispy not gummy. The clipboard style menus are too heavy and awkward. Feels like you're reading a work report. Lastly while the bar side staff is friendly, they need to have an increased understanding of their drink selection. Especially if they boast 30 taps. All in all they are solid but could be better. I'd try to capitalize being the only real chain sports venue in Hanover. See Westminster, MD location for better staff and atmosphere.”

“We go here once a week on average and have been since I was a kid. They learn your name quickly and greet you like family when you walk in the door. The food is now and always has been amazing, carry out is extremely quick and there are never any mistakes. The prices have def gone up from when I was younger but that's true of most places. “We were in the area and wanted to try a local place for lunch. Some places were closed for Memorial Day but this place was open. The first thing I noticed was the amazing smell of melted butter. We were surprised by the variety of food options. We ended up ordering a couple of pretzel wraps, a pizza and a pretzel dog. Everything was delicious. Their pretzels were soft, buttery and slightly sweet. Their ice cream was equally amazing. Staff was great and friendly. We will definitely have to stop back in next time we're in the area.”
