Binge BBQ

Simple idea, order great bbq, sit, eat in a nice, clean place. Although of course I love the beefs and porks, what I truly look forward to is the buttery and smoky turkey breast the way they cook it here. Turns turkey into butter. Awesome.

This place is outstanding. If you understand what “real” Texas style brisket is, then you will not be disappointed. It’s hard to find brisket that passes the “pull test” with flying colors AND also has a great bark loaded with flavor. This passes all of the tests. Not to mention - the ribs, cole slaw, collards, and cornbread are all excellent. No lie, this is some of my favorite cole slaw - ever. This is a gem if you respect real barbecue.

The set up and service were great. It was a bit small if they got busy. We had the burger made for the Winterfest competition. The pretzel roll was tasty. The fries were quite salty and overpriced for the amount. I appreciated the clean, casual atmosphere.
