A nice collaboration of French and Germany food. Menu is a bit different to follow. Board means a second remove not the same as entree. The board comes with no sides. The duck was great and the escargot was fab. Beware all soft drinks are from the bar and priced so. Service was busy but we had long waits between removes. Never asked if we wanted drinks refilled.

Wurst House: Really interesting and accomplished execution of sausage specialties - all made in house, incredible variations of toppings, sides. Make their own pastrami and meatloaf - both to die for, great black bean burgers. Chez Pascal: French (+ Italian) menu, uses locally sourced veggies, meats, seafoods. The menus are so inventive it is really hard to do justice. Owners Kristin & Matt run the front and back themselves, very hands-on, the staff folk are great. Very comfortable feel to it, first class cooking. Always something new to try.

My friend and I dined at Chez Pascal / the Wurst Kitchen this past weekend. If you dine OUTSIDE both menus are available to you! If you dine inside, you must make a choice prior to dining. Both options are great- but very, very different dining experiences. Since this was my first visit, we ordered a sausage an appetizer off the “Wurst” menu and an entree from Chez Pascal. The scallops were delicious!

I have not been for the Chez Pascal side, so I can't comment there. But The Wurst Kitchen will always have a sentimental spot in my heart, as it's the first lunch I had in Providence on moving here a few years ago. The brats are great. And the serving size is, to my mind, perfect. For reference, though, it should be recognized that the brats aren't huge, and they leave me still wanting a little bit more. I appreciate that in restaurants, though.
