Too many Tapas items were ordered to list them all, but each one was delicious and beautifully prepared and presented. The cocktails were expertly crafted and truly amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. “This is my second time here. I absolutely recommend it to anyone of all ages. The lead artist there is awesome, she is so down to earth, talented, and fun. “We only dine outdoors and Cafe Nuovo is a perfect outdoor ambience. We sad next to the canal, with a heat lamp nearby. Shrimp and calamari appetizer was delicious as was all our entrees. Our server wore a mask properly at all times. For entrees, we had the lamb shank, braised rib and stuffed rigatoni. Everything was delicious.”

“Saw this new place opened across from my house and gave it a shot. This is a tasty little pizza! Ingredients tasted fresh. The crust is medium, neither super doughy nor chewy. It holds up under the toppings and has a little bite to it. Prices were reasonable and the owner was really friendly. All in all, it's nice to see another restaurant in the area. I'd definitely go back again and encourage others in the the Hope/College Hill area to check it out.”

“This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. Wow, wow, wow. This was over the top good. I ordered tequena, arepa, and a burger. Everything I had was loaded with flavor and product. I had never had an areba or ceveche before and both were amazing. This is now Brick and mortar and I highly recommend stopping in. “I initially found this place on instagram and decided to try after seeing pictures of the yummy pizzas they offered. The restaurant itself was really nice and chic. Dim lighting and they were able to fold the windows back for an outdoor experience. Service was good and food came out pretty fast! We ordered the prosciutto pizza and it was amazing! Picture perfect that packed a flavorful punch. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Mind. Blown. These ladies are in the kitchen killing it! It’s the first time we’ve ever seen a kitchen full of women. I learned they locally source as much as possible & the taste is proof for sure. The quality & flavor of all the food is extraordinary. If you go, definitely try the cheese & salumi plate and the short rib osso bucco. Ask for a extra side of the grilled spring onions so you have more to go w/each bite of the polenta. Finish with the upside down pineapple dessert while sipping on a Lavender Espresso Martini or their espresso doppio. My better half felt their espresso was the best he’s had in the states, tasting very authentic to what you’d find in Italy where he lived for 2.5 yrs at one time. Although I’ve read reviews from others on different platforms commenting that they find Sarto’s menu to be limited, I’m thinking the reviewer doesn’t understand at all what goes into each of the chef’s offerings, which is a massively creative and beautifully presented dish. This takes time and I thoroughly appreciate their dedication to providing an ample menu of scrumptious selections that are all perfectly plated when presented rather than throwing out good food in lot quantities. Keep doing what you’re doing!!”
