    We encountered this food truck at the Umbrella factory. The cold brew, Brussels sprouts, fries, and various sandwiches were as amazing if not more than the great customer service! Highly recommend.

    I tried the chicken souvlaki (spelling) and it was so fresh and amazing. The grilled chicken and that sauce, omg. They charged what ever I thought was fair. I gave them $10 but would have paid more.
