“We have eaten here 3 times. The food has been great, and the first two times we had good service. Both times we had a waiter. This time we had a different server and the service was less than adequate. Once the meals were served, our waitress ignored us. She never inquired about our meal (it was very good), never asked if we wanted more drinks (we did), coffee (we did), or desert (we did). She did not bring our check. We waited for 20 minutes and then asked the hostess for our check. She went looking for our server. The server eventually dropped the check and left again without cahing us out. We asked the hostess to cash us out. We will try Frankie's again, but service like tonight's will drive us away.”
