    Every bowl I've had so far has been delicious. Today I chose the "Earth" Bowl. No regrets there.

    If you want a healthy food option, this is the place to go. Totally plant based food that is gluten and dairy free. Like soft serve ice cream, food comes either in a cup ($7) or a bowl ($12). Oh, I should mention that their dishes, spoons and straws are all compostable. No parking on street but a free public lot behind the building.

    BOL is absolutely fantastic! not only is there a variety of different smoothie bowl options, but there are many add-ins, which allows for you to customize everything. 100% would recommend, staff very nice, and i got the indigo bowl (11/10) I went with my friends and the interior design was quite pleasing, and there is heat, which makes for smoothie time, anytime!

    A must. Super friendly staff, adorable atmosphere, quick service, and always fresh and delicious food. So many options and things to try. I heard they might be dog friendly to which is a HUGE 5⭐️.. try it you won’t be disappointed
