Salty's Clam Shack

Excellent food and service . A great meal all around . Clam fritters were so tasty. Fried to perfection . Everything was fresh and not over cooked . All the seafood is local. Desserts were made by scratch and were so yummy . I would definitely recommend having lunch or dinner here . If you have small children , in the back is a small beach area . It was such a delight. The sitting area is huge and can accommodate a large group . All the workers were so nice and thanked us for coming by. I don’t understand the last photo that was taken regarding one of the reviews. All I see is a piece of fresh green lettuce , and delicious fries . I guess whomever wrote the bad review ate the main course and left a piece and lettuce . I guess it wasn’t that bad if he ate it all.

Not sure who is writing those bad posts but this is top notch fried seafood. Possibly best fish tacos I have ever had as well. Trust me, get the tacos. Fish sandwich was excellent as well. Fritters were cooked exactly like they should be and chowder is the best. If you can find some place else that has more clams in there chowder, good luck. This place is family owned and Seawells fish market gets everything fresh off the docks. So your getting fresh seafood daily. I love this place.

The fish tacos here are absolutely amazing!! The lobster rolls, both hot and cold are awesome. Clam chowder made from scratch. Can’t wait to try everything on their menu!Everything here is fresh and made to order. Definitely worth the wait when there’s a line!!
