Cat Island - Golf, Pool & Grill

I have never been to South Carolina and was invited to Cat Island - Golf, Pool & Grill, spoke to the owner Cory, he took me around on the golf cart, showed me the improvements that he has already done and talked about the improvements that he is going to do. He has a great vision for the Club, one of the things that he is very excited about is having a top notch Wedding Venue, and i believe he will accomplish it. Cat Island Golf Pool & Grill is a diamond in the rough that is about to shine through.

A friend who lives at Cat Island invited me over to check out the new Restaurant that just opened at the Pool....Tavern on the Green Poolside.
He mentioned that Cat Island has new owners and they are making a difference. The Pool area is stunning, They now have a driving range and the Golf Course will reopen soon. The Tavern had a nice menu with salads, Sandwiches, Baskets and even a kids menu. I had the Angus Burger and my friend the Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad Wrap.They looked Great and tasted even Better. Top notch! I told him this a real nice addition for people who live at Cat Island and he told me that it's all Open to the Public and that the Clubhouse will also feature a new restaurant soon. The Cat is Back and so will I soon.

This is the best pool complex in Beaufort County, by far. The driving range is really looking awesome and I can’t wait for it to open here soon. The golf course seems to be getting much needed attention here lately with the bunkers being cleaned out and now the overgrowth along the fairways is being trimmed back and I believe the course should be open in late October. Seems like Cat Island Golf - Pool - and Grill is coming back to life. GREAT job Cory!

Absolutely beautiful! Great place to spend time with your family. There is something for everyone in your family to enjoy. Whether its golf, tennis, or relaxing by the pool ect. Staff is very friendly and always available to answer any questions you have.
