“When you walk in, this place feels like an English pub. It's small and kind of dark, but the bartender is really friendly and greets you immediately. Order a drink and relax, everything on the menu is tasty. I highly recommend striking up a conversation with the other patrons as locals eat here too. Is it big group friendly? I wouldn't bring more than four people. It's a little cramped, I saw a group of 11 almost fill the joint. Is it family friendly? Not if your child is ill behaved (they have gambling machines, not video games). But if you're looking for somewhere to escape the crowds and just relax over a beer and sandwich, this is definitely the place for you.”

“Bella Italia was one of our many pizza options while staying in Hilton Head for my mom’s birthday weekend - and I’m so glad we decided to eat here ! Our waiter, Daniel (I believe) was gracious, attentive and really understanding especially since we added a very custom (and slightly complicated) pizza to our order. Upon telling him we were there to celebrate my mom and her birthday, he made sure to bring over enough small cannolis for the table with candles too. Overall such a great experience, and maybe the best service I’ve experienced in a while.”
