Fuji Sushi

We had a to go order from there and my wife had an issue with her food. The manager Shelly came out and fixed it, and remade the whole order fresh. Great customer service. The Shrimp Hibachi meal was good, veggies fresh and crisp, rice cooked just right. We will be going back.

Ashton has served me twice at this point, once when she first started working here, and again a month later. Both times, she was exceptional and sweet and has shown nothing short of greatness. She’s immediately noticeable with her orange mask and leaves an impression on you that makes the rest of your day better. She is the nicest server I’ve had in quite a long time and she will always take care of you in the best way she can. 100% recommend her (and also the Mt. Fuji roll!).

Tried Fuji for the first time for lunch and it was amazing. Our server Ashton was great, very helpful in suggesting rolls and appetizers to try, and always kept our drinks full. We will definitely be back.

We had lunch here today and it was fantastic. The seaweed salad was the best I think I've had anywhere, and the presentation of all the food was just lovely. The sushi is excellent and the rolls are a good mix of the standard favorites and some great and interesting combinations I haven't had before. Our server was Allen and we enjoyed him tremendously. He is quite knowledgeable and when we had him pick out two of our rolls to surprise us, he really impressed. This place is absolutely worth a visit.

Ginger dressing salad was good. Had the chicken teriyaki bento box and it was okay not the greatest. Sushi was okay. Overpriced
