    My Doordash driver picked up the wrong order and this Tropical Smoothie location sent one of their own employees to ensure the right food and smoothie came to me while I was stuck at work. Excellent customer service and this location in Nexton went way above and beyond to correct something that wasn't even their error.

    Had lunch there today. Staff and management was courteous and easy to work with. Food was great the place was clean. Highly recommended it. Will definitely come back.

    I’ve enjoyed several of the menu items. Management and staff are always professional, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. I’d definitely recommend them.

    The girl at the drive thru didn't know the classic TSC menu. I knew more than her.
