Charleston has some great cocktail bars but this has to be the best we tried as far as the drinks go. My bone marrow Manhattan was delicious and surprisingly herbal, and her Bourbon and Clyde was a great mix of sweet, spice, and nuts. Another star was the Tina Louise, which was sweet and citrusy but well spiced as well. It’s a snug bar so seats can be hard to come by; if you can, take a seat at the bar and watch the bartenders work their magic.

Absolutely phenomenal drinks! By far the best Manhattan I’ve ever had. The bartender is creative and definitely knows his stuff. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Charleston!

Fantastic experience and some of the best food (tomatoes and burrata) and cocktails (see photos) that we had on our 6-restaurant food tour of Charleston (or that we can remember having from previous trips). It's a cute spot with great atmosphere, but on the smaller side, so expect a wait during busier days/times. The bartenders were fabulous and even wrote down the recipe for the drink I loved so much. Doar Bros will definitely be a regular stop on future trips!

Came here to enjoy some afternoon cocktails on a date weekend and escape the heat. Excellent service, creative cocktails and friendly staff resulted in a very pleasant afternoon. My husband is a vodka drinker, I am a bourbon lover and we both enjoyed our cocktails as well as a refreshing Palomas.

OMG what can I say! I want to work here. The cocktails 🍸 are spectacular. It's small and quaint and the bartenders know what there doing, without being pretentious about it. YOU MUST GO if your in downtown Charleston.
