    Definitely a restaurant for "foodies". A great, changing menu with bold choices that you won't find anywhere else. I dare you to find another restaurant that serves speck and poke. Fantastic experience.

    Edison is the best place to eat on James Island! It is rare to find a spot with such a good brunch AND dinner menu. The staff and owners (Joel & Chelsea) make this spot so special and welcoming. The decor Is wonderful and the wine and beer selection are spot on. You won't regret coming here!

    Some of the best food the Charleston area has to offer. I go the chicken and waffles and my wife got the croque. We had to share and split our meals with each other because they were both so stinking good!!!!

    It took me a long time to give Edison a try because I did not want to be disappointed if they shut down like so many other James Island restaurants. Friends talked about it frequently, so we decided to give it a go.

    It is fantastic and a real gem for our area and is here to stay. I have now been for brunch and dinner and love it. It is a casual, "come as you are" joint with great food and a friendly staff. Food 5 stars. Staff 5 stars Location and Parking 5 stars. Outdoor patio 5 stars. Casual Ambiance 5 stars.

    This was our second trip. Small menu that has a lot variety. Nicely priced wine list which is 1/2 price on Wednesday and Sunday. Enjoyed seafood chowder. Wonderful fried oyster app and mushroom sandwich. Service was attentive. Prices are very reasonable.
