O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Classic chain Western food done well. great selections at very reasonable prices. lots of choices and combo options. Standard chicken fingers, fries and raspberry tea for pops, and fried cod and shrimp combo with side of slaw and sweet potato fries for me. The beer menu was very standard unfortunately. not a porter or stout to be found. Tajh the server was awesome. Pops gave the fried food two thumbs up. Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.The coleslaw was excellent, not to wet or dry. Very satisfied with the food and the dining experience. O'Charley's seems to be able to guarantee quality from store to store.

Have visited this restaurant many times and was always satisfied. Food is good, not always hot, but okay. Service normally good as well. Recently visited and I was very disappointed. Appetizer was delivered after the meal and not even warm. Fries with meal were cold. Server was apparently new and couldn't speak clearly. Frustrating to say the least. I will probably go back at some point, but not right away. Give them time to train the servers and kitchen staff.

The restaurant was clean, and the staff went out of their way to make sure your order was right. I ordered the 6 oz salmon steak with broccoli florets, and creamy sweet potatoes. The atmosphere in the restaurant was family orientation. The staff made you feel like you were important to them.

I just wanted to write this because I just got done with my amazing food. This is a great restaurant. Clean, polite workers, great lunch and dinner food. I haven’t had their breakfast food that they serve at brunch. I had a steak and chicken finger plate with broccoli and French fries. Their steak was one of the best I had and it was done medium well. Whoever is in the kitchen does and amazing job. Oh by the way I was hear for dinner. Matt was my waiter and I just wanted to compliment him, he is a very superior waiter, he is very polite and reviews your order and checks on you tremendously. I really recommend this place if you want go out for a birthday or just a dinner night.
