Taco Boy

Love this place. Great vibes, atmosphere, drinks and food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Melanie is an especially sweet, caring and awesome server! I personally love the fried avocado, steak kimchi and tuna taco. They are so so good. And the frozen sangria or guava margaritas are perfect for a hot summer's day. Definitely recommend this place! I'm a big fan!

This place was okay, the tacos that I had were pretty good because they had some seasoned beef on them. However, my wife's food wasn't that good, she got the fish taco and they didn't really put any sauce on it, we asked for more sauce and they took about 20 minutes to bring it out. By the time we got the sauce her food was pretty cold. The appetizer (Chile Con Queso) was delicious. The waitress was pretty nice and the atmosphere was very unique and fun to hang out in. Overall I would still recommend going here, just don't order the fish taco.

Very popular spot as we had to wait a half hour to be seated for lunch at 2pm. The food was good. Would recommend.

Pretty great taco choices, they didn't offer any margarita pitchers and the food came out slightly warm. Our server seemed overseated but we also had 9 people in our party. Food was delicious just wasn't warm when it came out. They were friendly and able to accommodate our large party. Full bar and draft beers gave plenty of options for alcohol and pretty great choice of tacos obviously.

Taco Boy is a great restaurant. I don't go to the downtown one because it's just not as cool. The one at Folly is busier and you may have to wait a little to be seated every now and then when they're really busy, but it has the perfect beach restaurant vibe and great food. The kimchi and avocado tempura are my favorite tacos, but the other food is very good as well. More than just a taco place. I have been here many times and plan on coming back many more. The servers are fast, friendly and efficient. I have yet to have a bad experience and have been here a lot. If there's a wait for seating, just suck it up. It's well worth it. Great tacos. Great service. Great place.
