JuJu

I was told about this place while working one day. I was dropping off one of their employees and she told me about the food and the atmosphere. She gave me a coupon and asked me to come back and give it a try. I have nothing bad to say about JuJu. The ambiance was so inviting. The fresh flowers on the table, the cute shells in the bathroom sink when you wash your hands, the whole island feel was phenomenal! We had plans to order other than the appetizer but we were surprised by the amount of food that we received that we only went with the nachos. And I can eat. But I still had to take food home. The flavors were wonderful. The food was so fresh! We ordered Caribbean mules and they were divine! The music in the background was very nice. We were able to hear it but didn't feel the need to have to yell over it but it helped create the imagery of an island like restaurant. Myself and my sister-in-law are both of Caribbean heritage and had not one complaint about food or presentation. We will definitely be going back to listen to the live band and to eat all the food we wanted to order today but couldn't get around to the because the food was so plenty. I even called another friend to join us to help with the load. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Ann was so gracious. Saved us a great table for a special birthday celebration. Kelly, our server, was just great. Food was excellent. Great live music. Beautiful and comfortable outdoor space. Terrific ambiance. Mojitos out of this world. Prices very reasonable. Plantains were the best ever. Highly recommend JuJu!

Love this place! The family that owns it are as nice as they can be and the service reflects that. The food is great and the happy hour (every day including Sunday) is one of the best ones in town in terms of food. Seriously, best onion rings in town!

My favorite place to sit is at the bar but the outside patio is great!

WOW! The reviews were right: super nice and friendly owner/operators and excellent food and service. As we were getting seated we were brought glasses and water: perfect. This is now my favorite Mt.Pleasant best kept secret. Already looking forward to going back again.

Great spot. Food is great and the kitchen clearly takes a lot of care with it all. Nice outdoor seating area. Good bar inside. Great atmosphere and staff. Cuban Sandwich is A+.
