Shem Creek Crab House

I like the location of this place. The seating in the outside bar or deck is the best. The food is good. Elizabeth is a wonderful server. Always cheerful. And on point with orders. I definately recommend going to see her.

Hidden Gem! The best place to go for oysters in the area. They also have cook your catch, when you pull up at the dock! Amelia,Tammy and Courtney made it a very pleasurable time for us! Can't wait to return, we will be starting there for our tour of shem next time we are in town!

This was our first time at any restaurant on Shem Creek. We chose Shem Creek Crab House because it was the least busy of all the choices nearby. Come to find out that the restaurant had recently reopened under a new name and company so not too many people know that it’s open, lucky us! ?

We were very fortunate to have little to no wait for a table located on a beautiful patio overlooking Shem Creek on a Saturday night.

Sarah was our waitress, and she was the icing on the cake. One of the best service experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and she did an amazing job. The food was absolutely delicious!! The Snow Crab ? Bucket exceeded my expectations and filled my belly, my husband had the Carolina Platter and cleaned his entire plate.

Do yourself a favor and go eat at The Shem Creek Crab House. This place is like a hidden gem.

Just ate here there for the first time tonight and it was really good! The waiter was attentive, fast, and friendly. He took really good care of us. The manager was nice as well and fixed a small issue I had with my snow crab leg. I can see why they have a 5 star rating. Will return soon!!!

This place is wonderful! They had the best scallops and shrimp I've EVER had! Our waitress, Linda, was super friendly and attentive, and she made wonderful recommendations. The food is to die for and we will certainly be back often!
