Awesome awesome awesome. Me and the kiddos thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was our first time and couldn't of had a better experience. It was packed but the staff work through the line very fast. Wasn't much of a wait. The sweets are definitely on point. Can't wait for our next trip here.

I have gone to this location several times with no incident, and it is usually stellar! This occasion I had a clerk I've not seen before help my group. I ended up with a similar, but not correct flavor of ice cream (sweet cream vs. vanilla) and was given the wrong size. Overall, still a fairly pleasant experience, just perhaps a bit lacking this time in customer satisfaction.

The team members were phenomenal. Pierre stood out the most and was very nice. He made my ice cream and I told him to create whatever he wanted. He did an outstanding job. He was extremely nice and his customer service and attitude towards his job was great. I'm beyond happy!!! ????❤ would give 6 stars if i could

I love everything about this place beside the fact that price went up a little. I never use to go here until my grandma wanted to get ice cream one day and ever since then we have been coming here (mainly her) to get some strawberry ice cream with strawberries mixed into it in a waffle cone that's in a bowl/cup. My favorite ice cream here would be the cotton candy. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Also, the staff are so polite.
