Fills a niche that had been sorely missing from Charleston.
Food is great!
The staff is beyond friendly!
There's even a bar in there - and the live music is awesome - especially Hans Wenzel!
Charming local neughbourhood feel located in a renovated old historic brick building - you cannot replicate this charm with a new building! -

(September 12, 2020, 1:44 pm)This is an Oklahoma style coney. People shouldn't expect anything fancy or special but they are delicious. And the chili is the best. I perfer mine with cayenne pepper. Thanks for opening a little piece of home here in Charleston!

(August 12, 2020, 8:51 pm)Great up in NYC and ate many a got dog in the Coney Island boardwalk. But here's why I give this hidden gem in Spruill top grade:
First off the food's amazing! Let talk about that Coney Island frank! A bun so soft you'd think you were buying a cloud. Chili seasoned to perfection with enough kick to remember but not so hot you call the firehouse. Minced onions that are sweet but with bite (Vidalia?) And a grilled frank that screams gimme more!
??? Try the triple combo or you'll be sorry!
