“We have visited a few times and I must say that we have really enjoyed it so far. The ice cream may be the big attraction for most in this small town treasure, but what I’m absolutely loving is the fresh fruit and veggies in the plates we have ordered to go. The more color, the better, and “The Merc” is getting the job done RIGHT so far! (Yes, those are muscadines in today’s plate!) It is absolutely fantastic to be able to order healthy, FRESH, local food! *We also tried the S’more’s in frappe form. As an avid daily Starbucks lover I’m impartial but I think it could grow on me. (Maybe add a domed lid with marshmallow whip, garnish with mini chocolate chips, and a little graham cracker crumble to give it that extra oomph). We also have enjoyed some of the handmade soaps. We have purchased at least one of each scent and although the bars are small, they have great full and rounded scents that seem to last a reasonable amount of time. I’ll update this post and add more pics as we continue to try out the menu. I definitely recommend dropping by. More important than the food or merchandise, the customer service is hometown-friendly and we love the cozy atmosphere.”

“An excellent KFC location. The place is clean and the staff is usually very friendly and attentive. On a couple of occasions they've been short an item, but they tend to find you a reasonable substitute: last week, an employee gave me two grilled breasts because they were out of Original Recipe (for context, I was there pretty late, so it wasn't like they ran out during peak operating hours). Great chicken!”

I am always greeted right away , my order is taken immediately, little wait time , the restaurant is always clean and well stocked for the customers! They have made mistakes on my order before but we are all human and it seems like they have much better employees now they haven't messed up my order in a long time!! Please bring back the nacho cheese fries, improve your nacho cheese sauce and keep the Strawberry Skittles drink permanently it's amazing!!!”
